 Private support is essential as we develop and grow all aspects of the School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.  While the state of Nebraska provides funding for basic operations, the academic opportunities and enhancements that advance the University and our department often come from private gifts.  State funding provides the means for a basic education; private support advances a basic education into an exceptional one.
