Coming into Lincoln from the East
- Exit I-80 on the Waverly Exit and turn left (west) onto Highway 6
- Take Highway 6 (Cornhusker Highway) to 48thStreet
- Turn left on to 48th Street going south to Holdrege Street
- Turn right on to Holdrege Street heading west
- Go to 40th Street and turn right into East Campus
- Make a quick right onto East Campus Loop, follow the Loop around, going past the Dental and Law Colleges
- Turn into the parking lot of the Diagnostic Center and continue on to the north side of the building. There is a Sample Receiving area where you can park and then stop at the Sample Receiving desk with any samples or paperwork.
Coming into Lincoln from the West
- Exit I-80 on 27th Street (403) and turn right (south)
- Take 27th Street to Holdrege and turn left (east)
- Go to 40th Street and turn left into East Campus
- Make a quick right onto East Campus Loop, follow the Loop around, going past the Dental and Law Colleges
- Turn into the parking lot of the Diagnostic Center and continue on to the north side of the building. There is a Sample Receiving area where you can park and then stop at the Sample Receiving desk with any samples or paperwork.
Coming into Lincoln from the South
- Coming in on Highway 2
- Turn right (north) onto 48th Street
- Turn left on to Holdrege Street heading west
- Go to 40th Street and turn right into East Campus
- Make a quick right onto East Campus Loop, follow the Loop around, going past the Dental and Law Colleges

- Coming in on U. S. 77 which turns into 56th Street
- Turn right (west) on to Cornhusker Highway
- Turn left at 48th Street going south
- Turn right on to Holdrege Street heading west
