The Great Plains Veterinary Educational Center (GPVEC) near Clay Center launched the “BeefWatch Health Highlights” newsletter last fall.

The newsletter keeps veterinarians and others interested in the beef industry informed about what the faculty at GPVEC is working on and discusses timely health topics within the beef industry. Lindsay Waechter-Mead, clinical practice veterinarian at GPVEC, coordinates the newsletter.

GPVEC supports the beef industry through education, research and service. Its main educational focus is training veterinary students through hands-on experiences in all phases of the beef cattle production cycle.

The newsletter is sent via email. You can subscribe by filling out submitting this form.
